I grant Fin-N-Bone Outfitters and its representatives and employees, the right to take photographs of me in connection with hunting. I authorize Fin-N-Bone Outfitters, its assignees, and transferees, to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Fin-N-Bone may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
Reservation Policy: Hunting dates are booked on a first come, first-served basis. A separate booking contract is required for each hunter in your party. A deposit totaling 50% of your hunt is due with this booking contract. The full balance is due and must be paid by September 1st. If payment is not received by this date Fin-N-Bone Outfitters reserves the right to cancel your hunt without refund. A phone call will not reserve your hunting dates; please send a signed contract with your deposit.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel prior to 120 days before your hunt starts and you may apply the deposit to a future hunt at a mutually agreeable time during the next calendar year. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELATIONS of any reason 120 days PRIOR TO HUNT. Cancellations must be received in writing.
Transportation Policy: Hunter is responsible for transportation to and from the lodge or hunting area along with any of their personal gear. Airport pickup and return is NOT included.
Safety Policy: It is required that the hunter always wears a safety harness while erecting and hunting in an elevated stand of any type. The harness shall be the property of the hunter and the hunter is responsible for installation and attachment to the tree or similar structure. No screw in tree steps. Hunters must remain in stand until told otherwise by their guide. During gun season, blaze orange must always be worn in the field. Violators will be charged a $500 fine payable immediately. This policy is required by our landowners and insurance policy.
Harvest Policy: This hunt allows the hunter to harvest 1 mature whitetail deer. It may be a buck or doe. Buck must have 7 points or more and score a minimum gross of 125” using the Pope & Young Scoring system. Harvesting a buck less than the minimum will result in a $1500 fine payable at the time of kill. Bucks must have a minimum of 4 points on one antler to be legal via state law.
Wounded Animal Policy: If the hunter draws blood, hair, any body part from an animal, their hunt is considered finished.
Hunter agrees to absolve Fin-N-Bone Outfitters, Inc. his guides, and employees from any liability for injury or illness which may be incurred because of this hunting trip.
Hunter furnishes their own license, tags, and hunting gear.
In no event will hunter attempt to circumvent any and all agreements made between landowner(s) & Fin-&-Bone Inc. for period of 12 months after the termination of such agreements made between landowner(s) & Fin-&-Bone Outfitters and counter further warrants not to attempt such circumvention and any such attempt to circumvent such agreements shall be considered a breach of contract and agree to immediately pay Fin-N-Bone, Inc $5000.00. In addition, a breach of contract shall cause cancellation of this agreement, and all rights hereunder.
Hunter agrees to abide by all laws of the states of operation. Hunter agrees to refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages in the field and within six hours of commencing hunting. Absolutely no drugs or excessive use of alcohol will be tolerated at any time. Should any hunter’s action become an unreasonable risk to other individuals, the hunter may be immediately dismissed from the premises, and no money will be refunded. In the event any hunter’s behavior become unruly, the hunter may be dismissed from the premises with no money refunded. The hunter agrees to be reasonably proficient in the use of his/her weapon. No loaded guns are allowed in or around the camp area.
Hunting is our business; however, Fin-N-Bone Outfitters, cannot guarantee the availability or the taking of any game animal. We work diligently to produce game for the hunter and will hunt in areas where trophy game animals have been previously taken or in areas that have been pre-scouted. We do not guarantee against conditions beyond control, such as adverse weather, interference from other hunters, trespassing, etc. and the hunter accepts these terms.
We abide by the laws of the states of operation and by industry-standard outfitting laws and practices. Hunters are forbidden to shoot any animals that are not specified in their contract, unless given permission by their guide.
The hunter recognizes all risks which can arise during a hunt, waives any claims and hold harmless Fin-&-Bone Outfitters, the guides and employees. Any disputes which may arises all be governed by the laws of and settled in the judicial system of Outagamie County in the state of Wisconsin.
